A light-filled, open space with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and warm wood floors throughout — designed with a quiet, modern sensibility and the small considered touches that make a mountain stay easy. Three minutes on foot to Chair 7 and the slopes; right in the center of town, with mountain views from the windows.

Enjoy fine dining around the corner or cook in for the night. The condo is a private, self-contained two-story residence: a king bedroom downstairs, a queen and a Koala full bed in the upstairs loft beneath skylights, and a queen sofa bed in the living room — comfortably sleeping six.

The condo sits on the third floor of a quiet building on S. Tomboy Street, just off Telluride’s Main Street. Light pours through the windows in the morning, and the mountains frame the view from inside in every direction.

Three minutes from the door to Chair 7. Steps from Main Street and the cafes, galleries, and restaurants of downtown Telluride.

Inside, two stories of carefully considered space — original wood floors throughout, artisan-crafted wood furnishings, a smart TV in the living room and bedroom, a Bluetooth speaker, and books and board games on the shelves. A full kitchen with new appliances, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer in residence, and ample storage for skis, boots, and gear.

The downstairs holds the king bedroom — with its own private entrance, connected to the front entry by an outdoor walkway — and the main living spaces. A sculptural spiral staircase climbs to a second bedroom under a vaulted ceiling and two remote-controlled skylights that open at the touch of a button, with a queen and a Koala full bed. Downstairs you’ll find a communal BBQ grill and outdoor sitting area overlooking Cornet Creek — for the long summer evenings when the canyon glows gold at six.

An important note on access

This condo is on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Access is by two (2) flights of building stairs to reach the third floor. Inside the unit, a narrow, steep spiral staircase connects the two levels of the residence. Please be prepared to carry luggage up two flights upon arrival.
